Retur policy

You have the option to return the ordered product within 14 calendar days. The product must not show signs of wear, damage, and all components must be complete. We reserve the right to inspect each returned product before refunding the amount via bank transfer.

Products purchased remotely can be returned according to G.E.O. 34/2014 only by natural persons.

The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they are renouncing the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

The return of products will be done at the client’s expense, within 14 calendar days from the termination of the contract. The products must be brought to our headquarters or sent via express courier.

Products not accepted for return:

Products that are damaged, show physical changes, impacts, chipping, scratches, shocks, signs of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., and cannot be restored to their new condition. Any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, qualities, and functioning of the goods is the responsibility of the buyer.
Products that are incomplete.

Withdrawal from the Contract Procedure:

Exercising the right of withdrawal:

The consumer informs Rosian Express S.R.L. of their decision to withdraw from the contract by one of the following means: sending the return form to the email address contact@rosianexpress.ro or an unequivocal statement made on a durable medium (paper, email, message on the contact page, or fax). The consumer has 14 calendar days from receiving the products to announce the withdrawal from the contract.

Obligations of Rosian Express S.R.L.:

The full reimbursement of the amounts received as payment will be made using the same reasonably applicable payment methods (in the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made by transfer to a bank account unequivocally provided by the consumer). The fulfillment of the reimbursement obligation is made within 14 days from the termination of the contract, but not before the reception of the products.

Obligations of the consumer:

The products are handed over to Rosian Express S.R.L. in person or to an authorized person (designated courier) without unjustified delay and within a maximum of 14 days from announcing the decision to withdraw from the contract. The consumer bears the return costs. The consumer is only responsible for the reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling them differently than what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Note:

Damage to products or putting them in a condition that makes resale impossible will result in the refusal of the return.

Product Return: You can request a product return in the following cases:

You do not like the product.
The delivered product does not match the specifications on the site. You can request a return for replacement or a full refund (if the product is no longer available).
Damaged product in the package. For products whose packages show visible damage upon receipt by the courier, we recommend refusing their receipt. For evidence, the package can be photographed, and a report can be drawn up with the courier representative mentioning the condition of the package at the time of delivery. The risk of loss or damage to the products is entirely transferred to you when you take physical possession of the product. Any subsequent complaints will not be considered. If a carrier appointed by the consumer is used, the risk is transferred at the time of delivery to the carrier.
Wrongly delivered products. In case a different product than the ordered one is delivered.

Return costs for the situations presented above in points 2 and 4 (not in the case of renunciation to purchase – point 1) are borne by our store.

Return requests are notified by completing and sending the return form by email or by presenting it at our headquarters with the respective product within 14 business days from receiving the product.

Return Procedure:

Step 1: Complete the return form, in physical format downloaded from the site www.rosianexpress.ro, printed and completed or sent online.

Step 2: Contact SC Rosian Express SRL by email or phone requesting the return of products.

Step 3: You can choose the same courier used for delivery (in this case, the courier will contact you to hand over the returned package, the cost is the same as for delivery) or you can send it with any other courier.

Step 4: Send the product, properly packed, to the attention of SC Rosian Express SRL. The package must contain the completed return form.

Returns can be made directly at our headquarters (the address above) or by courier.

The sender is responsible for the correctness of the data entered on the transport document (AWB) as well as the correct packaging and labeling of the packages.

The packages sent by the sender must be packed in a way that protects the product from factors that could lead to its deterioration throughout the transportation period (use of safety elements is recommended, e.g., polyester, cardboard, bubble wrap, etc.). It is also recommended that the package be packed according to the weight, shape, and nature of the content, as well as the mode and duration of transportation. The packaging must protect the content so that it cannot be damaged by pressure or successive handling, and can be, as appropriate, from cardboard boxes or plastic filled with polystyrene.

The review period for a withdrawal request may vary between 1 and 14 days from the receipt of the product but will not exceed the legal refund period in accordance with current legislation (14 calendar days).

Returns by express courier will not be made with cash on delivery. Refunds of paid amounts will be made subsequently by bank transfer.
