How to Buy?

Ordering on the Website:

Please complete your contact details and delivery address in the “My Account” section before placing an order. Choose the desired product and then click on the “add to cart” symbol. The product will be added to your shopping cart.

To view the selected products, click on the shopping cart. To submit the order, click on “Submit Order”.

You can view your order history in the “Order History” section.

When submitting the order, you have the following delivery options:

Courier Delivery – Deliveries are made within 1-3 business days.

Pickup from Factory – Upon order submission, all products will be automatically reserved from stock, and the order will be prepared for delivery. Products are reserved from stock for a maximum of 5 business days. After this period, reservations will be automatically deleted.

Order at the Factory:

Orders can also be placed at the Rosian Express headquarters anytime during working hours, Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Product Availability

The product stock is constantly updated.

Product in Stock/Limited Stock – The product is in the physical stock of the store and can be purchased and delivered within approximately 1-3 business days. Stock reservations are made upon order submission.

Product Out of Stock

All orders are processed in the order they were placed by customers.

For any changes to the order, please contact us by phone at +40269448002 or by email at contact@rosianexpress.ro as soon as possible.

Products are delivered within the limits of available stock. If one or more of the ordered products are out of stock, you will be notified by email or phone. Once the order is placed, the number of ordered products cannot be modified; we recommend canceling the placed order and making a new order.

Due to the automated order collection and rapid processing system, order modification is not possible. We will try to find solutions for each individual situation.

If an order is in the process of being shipped, with the courier, it cannot be modified. Any addition of products to an order that is already packaged or shipped will be treated exclusively as a new order.

If the buyer places multiple orders to be processed on the same day, the seller will process and ship the orders individually.

During busy periods, such as special promotions (holidays, price reductions, Black Friday, etc.), where the number of orders is very high, there may be discrepancies in the stocks of certain products. These will be removed from the invoice and will not be charged to the customer. The email sent by the system when the online order is placed does not represent a contractual obligation, as these orders may be modified according to existing stocks at the time of parcel preparation.

The invoice can be sent electronically (Law 571/2003) to the provided email address, without the need for stamping and signing. The customer can request a printed, signed, and stamped invoice at any later time if the performed activity requires it (legal entity) or simply if they wish to keep the invoice in printed format.

Please check your contact details before finalizing the order. Incorrectly entered delivery address or phone number may delay the delivery of the order or result in its loss.

How to Pay?

Shipping Fee: The cost of shipping is specified for each order and is borne by the customer.

Payment by Bank Transfer (Payment Order): For this payment method, a proforma invoice is issued. The goods are delivered after the full amount is credited to the account of S.C. Rosian Express S.R.L.

Online Payment by Card (Netopia Payments): If you choose to pay online by bank card, you need to fill out a form with your card information (Visa/MasterCard) on the secure page of the Netopia Payments processor.

Cash on Delivery (pay when you receive the package): The receipt will be issued by the courier.

Delivery Policy

COURIER DELIVERY WITHIN ROMANIA

Transport is provided by a rapid courier service within Romania.

Any mentions regarding potential issues with the integrity/content of packages should be made at the time of delivery on the AWB or a damage report should be created, the package should be refused, and payment should not be made. Any subsequent complaints regarding these aspects are null.

The cost of transport is automatically added to the order and is borne by the buyer.

Transport costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination location. For all products in stock, the delivery time is 1-3 business days from the date of order placement, provided that the order is placed before 1:00 PM. The delivery time is not contractual. During busy periods, delivery time may increase.

Orders can also be picked up personally from the factory address. Products are reserved from stock for a maximum of 5 business days. After this period, reservations will be automatically deleted.

All shipment information will be communicated to the email address from the placed order.

For the first uncollected package, we reserve the right to no longer ship via cash on delivery, but only with online payment by bank card.

Delivery to Multiple Addresses:

To deliver products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

No deliveries are made outside the territory of Romania.
